Mega Market
Due to the recent Covid-19 or coronavirus outbreak, the Chamber is following the CDC and Governor's recommendations to postpone some of our networking events indefinitely. Our goal is to be able to continue these events in 2021. Please stay tuned to our website and our Amarillo Chamber social media accounts for information on future dates.
SAVE THESE 2021 DATES:
We will have one event in the spring and one in the fall. Exact dates will be determined soon. This networking event is held twice a year - once in the spring, and once in the fall.
Check out our interview with Judy Whiteley of FirstBank Southwest on why she loves this event.

WHAT IS MEGA MARKET? Chamber members will sit face-to-face with other members to present their products and services at the half-day event, which includes lunch, multiple round-table rotations and a reception.
HOW IT WORKS: Instead of speed-dating, think speed-connecting! Unlike other networking events where attendees will group with familiar faces and not interact with new faces, this fun event is structured to have members interact with other members presenting their products or services in a 2-minute presentation, before moving to the next table rotation; connecting successfully with many other members in just a few hours.
DISPLAY TABLE: Because of the task of carrying large items from table to table, we encourage members to distribute their business cards and brochures during their presentations; but to refer to larger items at a table available at the event for “small” displays.
DOOR PRIZE: Members will have the opportunity to promote their business by donating a door prize, which will be highlighted during the event. Requirement: limited to (1) prize per “registered” member and must be valued at $20 or greater. Door prizes should be brought to the registration table at the event with a business card attached.
HOW TO PREPARE: Members should practice their (2) minute presentation and bring (50) promotional materials to distribute during their presentations. Dress will be business casual or professional and name badges will be provided by the Chamber.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Because of the mechanics of the table rotations, no more than (2) representatives from (1) business may register.
COST: Single Registration: $60 per person includes lunch, multiple table rotations, networking reception at the end of the day, and one electronic directory of attendees. (Note, no more than 2 attendees may register per business). Table Sponsor: $250 includes registration for 2 attendees (1 will serve as a table host), items listed above, plus the business logo will be promoted on the PowerPoint display at the event, on the website, and in the Chamber eNewsletter.
