BusinessConnection, the area's largest business-to-business trade show, will be held at the Amarillo Civic Center on Thursday, May 14, 2026. If you would like information on exhibiting at the 2026 event, contact Mary Garcia at (806) 342-2009.

VIP Show 10am—4pm
Chamber members may pick up FREE VIP Tickets at the Chamber Office through 5pm on May 12th or show your business card for free admission.

General Public Show 1pm—4pm
$5 Admission or show your business

Tradeshow Food Court 1130am—130pm
$10 in advance
$15 day of the event
Enjoy food and beverages from local restaurants and providers in the Civic Center Regency Room and take a break from visiting the tradeshow booths.

TRADESHOW BLOOD DRIVE

Give the Gift of Life while at BusinessConnection on Thursday, May 14th by donating blood at our Mobile Blood Drive in the Amarillo Civic Center from Noon to 4pm. You can walkup at the event or schedule a time at the show through their website.

Help those in our community, because at some point, any one of us could need life-saving blood.

OPPORTUNITY TO WIN SOUTHWEST AIRLINE TICKETS

We will be giving away two round-trip airline tickets to anywhere Southwest Airlines flies on Thursday, May 14th after the Tradeshow. To enter, stop by the Chamber's information booth in the hallway or see a staff member to purchase chances to win for $5 each, or get 5 chances for $20 or 30 chances for $100.

Winner responsible for taxes. Need not be present to win. Proceeds support the Chamber.

BUSINESSCONNECTION FOOD COURT - The Regency Room will be transformed into a Food Court with several restaurants providing lunch options. Get your lunch ticket in advance for just $10/person while reserving your booth. Lunch tickets get you a one-time entry for all-you-can-eat from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. during the event. (Please note, you will NOT be allowed to take food from the Food Court back to your booth or to-go. Food must be consumed within the Regency Room.) You won't have to give up your parking space to leave the show to go get lunch! A list of participating restaurants will be available soon. Thanks to Ben E. Keith for bringing you this great addition to BusinessConnection. If you wait until the day of the show, lunch will cost you $15/person.

If you're not familiar with BusinessConnection, keep reading. This should answer most of your questions and give you important links to learn more and find out how to attend the show or become an exhibitor or sponsor. WHAT IS IT?  BusinessConnection is the Chamber's premier business-to-business annual tradeshow that connects over 250 exhibitors to thousands of potential customers in just one day.
WHERE IS IT?  The tradeshow is in the Amarillo Civic Center Complex located at 4th & Buchanan in downtown Amarillo. Exhibitors are set up in the North Exhibit Hall as well as the Heritage Ballroom. Entrance gates are inside Civic Center Entrances #2, #3, and #4.
WHEN IS IT?  BusinessConnection is Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. We let VIP's in starting at 10 a.m. and the general public can attend the show starting at 1 p.m. for a small fee.
HOW MUCH IS IT TO VISIT THE BOOTHS?  Complimentary tickets for the VIP Show may be picked up by Chamber Members and their employees at the Chamber office located at 1000 S. Polk until 5 p.m. on May 13th beginning May 1st. On the day of the show, general public tickets can be purchased for $5 at each gate from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
IS THERE FOOD AT BUSINESSCONNECTION? The Regency Room in the Civic Center will be transformed into a Food Court with several restaurants providing lunch options. HOW CAN MY BUSINESS HAVE A BOOTH AT THE SHOW?  If your business is a member of the Chamber and participated in the show last year, you can secure your same booth space NOW. You must confirm your reservation with payment no later than April 13, 2026, to guarantee your space. If you were in the show last year but would like to move from your previous booth location, please note we will do our best to accommodate special requests based on availability. Previous exhibitors are given the first choice to keep their existing space. Non-returning exhibitor spaces will be reassigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. Address special requests to Mary Garcia at (806) 342-2009. A 10x10 Booth starts at just $400.
WHAT IF MY BUSINESS DOES NOT BELONG TO THE CHAMBER?  Non-members may reserve a booth in the North Exhibit Hall and must also add the non-member fee of $300 per booth. Membership for a business starts at $300/year, and membership for a non-profit organization is $150/year. Many times, it is more economical to go ahead and join the Chamber!
HOW CAN I GET THE MOST EXPOSURE AT BUSINESSCONNECTION?  We offer Gold and Silver Sponsorship opportunities to gain more exposure for your business during BusinessConnection. For available packages and benefits with samples of how your business is promoted, view the BusinessConnection Sponsorship Package online. The 2026 Show Directory will be available online May 7, 2026, and 2,000 printed versions will be distributed at the show on May 14th.
WHAT ARE THE SPECIAL RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR THE SHOW AS AN EXHIBITOR?  Read this Tradeshow Agreement (pdf). Please review it carefully to learn more about the tradeshow's guidelines and policies.
WHAT COMES WITH MY BOOTH AND HOW DO I ORDER OTHER ITEMS?  A decorating company will provide rental of items or services for the tradeshow. Each booth comes with (1) - 8-foot skirted table and 2 chairs with a small identification sign with the company name. To order additional tables, chairs, carpeting, and more services, click here. Submit it with payment to the address on the form by Friday, April 24th for the discounted rate. After that, orders will be at the standard rate.
