eNewsletter Sponsorships
You can place an ad in our Weekly eNews updates (eNewsletter) by sponsoring either a large or small ad space.  Emails are sent to all Chamber members using the Constant Contact platform to approximately 3,000+ email addresses each week on Tuesdays. Our weekly newsletter has an average open rate of anywhere between 48-52% or between 1,200 and 1,600 people.  Click here to see a past issue of the eNews to view how ads are placed.     

eNews Large Ad - Sponsorship donation is $150 and includes placement of your 600 pixels wide x 350 pixels tall jpg or png image in a single issue of the Chamber eNewsletter.  Space is limited. Your image will be linked to the website and email address you prefer.

​eNews Small Ad - Cost is $75 and includes placement of your 600 pixels wide x 90 pixels tall jpg or png image in a single issue of the Chamber eNewsletter.  Space is limited. Your image will be linked to the website and email address you prefer.​

If you want to place an ad, artwork is due before 5pm on the Monday before the Tuesday you want your ad to run and should be sent to the email above.  Your ad must be in jpg or png format ONLY.  Please do not send pdf's or other file types.

Event Sponsorships
By sponsoring a Chamber event, you receive different levels of benefits depending on the packages available and the various events.  Event sponsors are recognized on the event page on the website, as well as promoted in the eNewsletter following the event and in the printed Annual Report at the end of the year in October.  Be sure to watch our online calendar, chamber emails, Week’s Sneak Peek and newsletters for information about upcoming events and the sponsorship packages available.

Calendar of Events
You can put events on our community calendar of events on our website and then click Submit An Event.  Once you enter all of the information about the event, it is then placed into our holding tank for approval, which usually happens within 1 business day.  This is FREE.

Social Media
​You can email us a brief description and photo of flyer of the promotion/event and a link to a website for more information, and we can post it on our facebook and twitter pages as a courtesy.  This is a FREE benefit of membership.  Members are limited to how often we will share on their behalf based on their membership level benefits.
