be headquartered in Amarillo; if the business employs less than 75 employees, the owner(s) must live within the Texas Panhandle and have headquarters located here. If the business employs over 75 employees, the owner(s) must live in the State of Texas or within 500 miles of Amarillo and headquarters can be located in those regions.
have no more than 150 full-time and part-time employees
