Business Resource Center Through the center, the chamber
provides training for an array of subjects pertinent to business health
and development. This is done in the form of an extensive library of
books and commercially produced video cassettes. While this service is
available to all businesses in the Amarillo trade area—whether they are
chamber members or not—it targets those firms that cannot afford
professionally prepared training material.
Facilities have been provided for owners, managers, or employees of
businesses to view presentations on electronic equipment on site at the
chamber, or material can be checked out for more prolonged study in
homes or business settings.
The library is arranged in such a manner that individuals in need of
training regarding a specific aspect of business activity will find
professional assistance through the electronic medium. The library also
provides a demographic component to assist individuals seeking
assistance for various types of business
